1. What payment methods do you accept?
We only support payment with PayPal at the moment, and will also launch Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay for checkout.

2. How long does it take to ship to the United States (or other regions)?

United States: Standard shipping time is 7-15 business days.

Other countries: Shipping time will vary, but is usually 7-20 business days, depending on the destination.

Once your order is shipped, we will email you tracking information.

3. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we currently ship to most countries worldwide. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact our support team at fmeida.fj@gmail.com

4. Do your bags come with a warranty?
Yes! All Fmeida products come with a 30-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

5. How do I clean a Fmeida bag?

We recommend spot cleaning with a damp cloth and mild soap. Deep Cleaning:

Avoid machine washing

Do not bleach

Allow bag to air dry completely before use

Each product page includes specific care instructions (if applicable).

6. Are your bags waterproof?

Most of our bags are made with waterproof materials, but not all are 100% waterproof. Please check the product description for details on the waterproof rating of each model.

7. What materials are used in Fmeida bags?

We use durable and practical materials such as:

900D Oxford Polyester

Waterproof PEVA Lining (Lunch Bag)

Anti-theft Zippers and Safety Buckles
All of our materials are selected with an eye toward performance, durability, and sustainability whenever possible.

8. What is your approach to choosing eco-friendly materials?

We are committed to sustainability. Fmeida is actively moving towards more environmentally friendly fabrics and recyclable packaging. We work with audited suppliers to ensure:

Reduced use of chemicals in fabric treatments

Minimized waste in production

Packaging is made from recyclable or biodegradable materials

Our goal is to increase our eco-friendly product range by 40% in the next year.

9. Can I return or exchange my product?
